Drove innovation for P&G and other clients at three Publicis Groupe agencies over six years, including: 

SVP, Director of Mobility – Starcom MediaVest Group – (2013 – 2014) Assigned to lead mobile strategy on the Microsoft account and mobile experience design for P&G. Developed P&G’s mobile creative best practices, defining the working creative standards for mobile ad units across all of P&G’s communications planning agency partners. Developed and launched the agency’s “Brand Mobility Assessment” process, used to evaluate and score brands based on all their mobile touch-points, tactics, and investments and to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement across paid, earned, and owned media. Owned and optimized advertising strategy across the Microsoft brand portfolio. Ensured mobile optimization of Microsoft’s Facebook and Twitter investments, and created numerous POV’s and presentations on mobility related topics for Microsoft clients and internal teams. Increased brand favorability and purchase intent by 20% for Surface tablets via location-based targeting and dynamic creative. 

VP, Executive Creative Director – Phonevalley / Digitas LBi – (2011 – 2012) Transferred from MSLGROUP in late 2011 to lead the global creative team at Phonevalley, a unit of Digitas LBi. Drove ideation, creative strategy, UX, and design for mobile apps, sites, and ad units across all accounts, including; Bank of America, Renault, Herbal Essences, Duracell Powermat, Purina, Maybelline, Kettle One, AbbVie Pharmaceuticals, Cartier, Logitech, Always, Crest, and other P&G brands. Implemented major process improvements to utilization and workflow for creative staff of 15 designers, art directors, creative directors, and copywriters based in New York, Boston, Chicago, Paris, and Los Angeles. 

SVP, Director of Digital Innovation and Strategy – MSLGROUP Americas – (2008 – 2011) Led social media, and mobile marketing across multiple offices working with clients that included multiple P&G brands, Coca-Cola, Citi, Bayer, GM, Nestlé, dressbarn, maurices, Carraba’s Italian Grill, Heineken, and others. Created P&G’s global Facebook toolkits for multiple P&G brands, and launched the first official U.S. YouTube channel and Facebook page for Heineken, reaching over 2MM users within two years. Conceived of and launched the Heineken Wisdom Wall mobile Facebook app, which was the first branded mobile Facebook application, and the first to use Facebook for legal drinking age compliance. Led digital strategy for four years on the Underwriters Laboratories Safety At Home Holiday campaigns, including the award-winning ‘Just Look For UL’ holiday sweepstakes, which used mobile image recognition. Launched women’s apparel brands dressbarn and maurices (Ascena Retail Group) into social media and built each brand’s SMS text club. Both reached hundreds of thousands of customers, providing mobile a content and coupons and generated millions in sales (maurices + $7 million, dressbarn +$9 million).
